1. validity
The following terms and conditions shall apply exclusively to our deliveries, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract
Our offers are subject to change with regard to price, quantity, delivery period and delivery possibility.

3. Delivery
We are entitled to make partial deliveries. Excess or short deliveries within reasonable limits shall be deemed to be fulfilment of the contract. We shall endeavour to comply with agreed delivery periods. Correct and timely self-delivery is reserved. If the delivery period is exceeded, the buyer shall be entitled to set a reasonable grace period. The buyer shall only be entitled to withdraw from the contract due to delay in delivery or impossibility after the end of the grace period. It exists only with regard to the goods not delivered, unless the partial fulfilment of the contract is demonstrably of no interest to the buyer. Compensation claims of the buyer due to delay in delivery or impossibility are - as far as legally permissible - excluded. Unforeseen events (irrespective of whether they occur at our premises or at the supplier's) such as operational disruptions, shortages of raw materials, traffic disruptions, official decrees, changes in currency conditions, war, industrial disputes and other cases of force majeure shall release us from our delivery obligation for the duration of the disruption and to the extent of its effect. Events of this kind shall entitle us to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part 

Liability of the buyer shall be excluded.

4. Liability for breach of contract
In the event of a breach of contractual or pre-contractual obligations by us
or our vicarious agents, we shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence. Our liability shall be limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract, if applicable to additional expenses for a covering purchase.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel post. The costs for goods that cannot be sent by parcel post are estimated at a maximum of around EUR.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

Unless otherwise stated below, the provision of your personal data is not required by law or contract, nor is it necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the data. Failure to provide it will have no consequences. This only applies insofar as no indication to the contrary is made in the subsequent processing operations.
